Series Summary

"The Chalet" is a French mystery thriller series. The series revolves around a group of friends who reunite in a luxurious chalet in the French Alps, but their vacation turns into a nightmare when a dark secret from their past resurfaces.

The story begins with a flashback to 1997, where a group of young people, consisting of Sofia, her brother, and their friends, accidentally cause the death of a man while partying. They decide to cover up the incident and make a pact to never speak of it again.

Years later, the same group of friends reunites at the same chalet for a ski vacation. However, their trip takes a turn for the worse when they discover that someone knows their secret and is determined to seek revenge. As the group tries to uncover the identity of the person targeting them, secrets and lies are exposed, and tensions rise.

The series consists of six episodes, each approximately 45 minutes long. It stars a French cast, including Blanche Veisberg, Marc Ruchmann, and Chloé Lambert, and was created by Alexis Lecaye and directed by Camille Bordes-Resnais.
